After spending time relaxing in Da Nang, I added Hue to my itinerary because I wanted to experience more of Vietnam’s history, culture and traditional architecture. For my stay, I chose Meliá Vinpearl Hue, and it was a comfortable base for exploring the city.
The first thing that stood out was the size of the room. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with an impressive bathroom that added a feeling of luxury to the stay.
The view from the room was also a highlight. Being able to look over Hue from above gave a completely different perspective of the city, especially in the morning when I woke up to the hills in the distance.
The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, cafés and attractions. After spending the day walking around Hue in the heat, returning to a comfortable and spacious room was exactly what I needed.
My only small criticism was that the room had carpet, and I felt the carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly before my arrival. This did not ruin my stay, but it was something I noticed.
Overall, Meliá Vinpearl Hue provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. If you are looking for a modern hotel with spacious rooms, great views and a convenient location while exploring Hue, this is a good choice.
