외국인들은 미국식 통나무집을 더 좋아할지 모르지만 우리는 아직 익숙하지 않다. 난방은 바람난방이고, 소리가 너무 크고, 방이 어둡고 낡았으며, 위생상태는 괜찮습니다. 가격이 좀 안맞네요.

저는 더블 퀸룸을 예약했고 결국 Fern 빌딩에 묵게 되었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 내 여동생의 가족은 메스킷 건물에 있었는데, 그들의 더블 퀸룸은 조금 더 작았고 나보다 더 많은 마모를 보였습니다. 내 방에도 발코니가 있었습니다.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for access to Bright Angel Trail, Red bus scenic sites/overlooks, and the Harvey restaurant (good food at a reasonable price - best pot roast ever). Only drawbacks are being on the far west side of the Village and not right on the rim.

Most of all the customer service was average. The front desk does not tell you anything and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information from them. The staff in the food court was horrible. The young man at the pizza counter was so high he couldn’t keep his eyes open and tossed our food to us. The room was clean. No microwave. There is no housekeeping. If you need anything you need to call them. They were prompt at delivering more coffee. The canyon made up for the short comings.
