Best place for relaxation, a little far from town. Complete amenities overall the stay is very good

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at Coron Westown Resort and honestly had a really good experience. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help whenever we needed something. The food was surprisingly good, and the pool area was one of our favorite parts of the stay. They have a kid-friendly pool which my daughter and son enjoyed so much that they spent most of their time swimming and relaxing there. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable throughout our stay. We originally booked for 3 nights but decided to extend for another night because we were enjoying our stay so much. We were also grateful to receive a room upgrade, which made the experience even better.”Family Suite” Room was superb! Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free stay for our family. Definitely one of the places we would recommend when visiting Coron. 10/10 for us!

It is has amazing view day time also sunset view. we enjoyed in the balcony so much.

The hotel was clean and and service was super! The location is not as close to the town bur you can rent a bike and hotel reception will help tou get one. Would recommend this to everone.

Great hotel. It's a really big hotel too. Everything you need is here. A short 10 min motorcycle ride to town, the hotel organised the motorcycle rental very easily. Good wifi and a few pool areas are here. Keep in mind if you're using smart as your cell provider there is no service here but I think that's the case for everywhere outside of the town. When you land at the airport they have staff there to organise transport without even having to tell them which was a nice touch. I would stay here again without hesitation

Excellent service and very nice clean room. Beautiful pool and great view of the sea and sunset. We bought a tour and had a great time. Bus pick up at hotel. All transfer to ferry provided and on time. Would stay again and recommend to friends. Great hotel pool bar with live music. I would rate higher if I could.close to excellent seafood restaurants

This hotel, on paper, is lovely. I have been traveling through the Philipines for a few weeks now, and this is the first one I booked for a more ‘premium’ stay. Relaxing after a long 6 days hopping around diving and things. When I arrived it was nice! A good lobby, friendly doorman who helped with my bags. The floor staff were always great. The reception staff were rude and not helpful and genuinely seemed to verge on incompetent. Constantly asking someone every question (even simple ones, what time is gym open) I asked on a radio. I guess there was a supervisor somewhere who knew things were going on. The possitive - - Great pool (s)! - Lovely relaxing cafe with cheap, great quality food. - Friendly staff wandering the halls (house keeping and attendants I guess) - always smiling and saying hello. The negative - - Rude staff at reception. - The room was stale. Many reviews mention this, but I put it down to the damp Philippine climate and maybe people hadnt experienced it before. I was wrong. It’s rotten. They know it and try mask the smell with cheap air fresheners everywhere. Not good. - the public areas desperately need freshening. The dirty elevator, the doors to rooms, the way the halls are totally blocked by cleaning materials. - the bathroom had so much mould life. - I probably need a tetanus shot after touching the ‘gym equipment’ - dirty bedding (full credit - they appologised, send house keeping, they changed it - to a somehow dirtier sheet). Bottom line. I checked out and moved to another resort near by. Hoping it’s better. Book with caution! It’s cheaper than the other ‘high end’ for a reason.

Very nice hotel and has the potential to be a great hotel.  Staff are extremely polite and friendly - always saying hello.  Pool are is great with ample swimming locations and sunbeds.  Food is to be expected at a hotel both in terms of price and quality.  Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.  Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.  After the 4th complaint they really should’ve moved us to another room. We were on level4.

The hotel seems the highest level in the area, but there is something I do not like at all. I don't care the location is far from the busy section with restaurants. The reception staffs looks busy and are not friendly. Check in and check out processes take forever to be done. All the loca people we met are always friendly and helpful, except the staffs from this hotel.
