The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and the main shopping street.

I stayed for 6 nights but not offer room cleaning services, although towels are provided everyday. Open air hot spa area is too small. recommend not to go during peak hour at night.
I love the free Ramen provided after 9.30pm with free soft drinks, coffee and tea.
very close to shopping area and many restaurant at nearby. so still worthwhile for re-visit.

The experience was bad. The staff members were impatient and seemed they were not willing to help as we arrived at hotel around 8:30pm. All the facilities and amenities we asked for like parking lots, pillows, slippers all were not available.
They just asked me to drive to other car parks but not giving me any instructions or recommendations which carpark to go. So we drove around and stopped at the carpark nearby one by one and checked whether it would be ok to park overnight.
When I booked the room, I stated clearly 2 adults and 2 kids would stay in the room, however, there were just 2 pillows provided. I called to front desk and asked for 2 pillows and the staff member said, the pillow would only be provided to adults. What a special arrangement for the kids! So this is hotel is not a kids friendly one.
When we left and wanted to get back our luggages, the staff member asked us to wait in an impolite manner. Anyway, from the time I stepped in the hotel till I left, the experience was unpleasant.
