Excellent Safari lodges. Eco friendly resort, peaceful, very friendly staff and hospitable. The Gardens are awesome. The odd powercuts, as they use renewable energy, such as solar panel. The staff assisted instantly getting us up an running again in no time. We will definitely come back. If you decide to book a balloon ride, it is a must an experience of a lifetime the Maasai Mara was awesome too. Thank you to all the staff that made our time here special. Especially baking a cake for our daughters 21st birthday and presenting this in the culture of Maasai Mara singing to her. Thank you once again . Riaad , Sunita and Family..

I stayed at the Mara Chui for 2 nights as part of my safari tour. I was greeted by friendly staff who checked me in, provided a cold drink and perfectly explained what I needed to know for my stay. My room was a standalone cabin/lodge with a terrace & seating. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and had all amenities you may need. Water was hot. WiFi was good. Food was great with plenty of options. Restaurant staff were helpful. There was also a bonfire & movie nights on the grounds which was a great touch. I was a solo female traveler and would recommend this hotel to others in a similar situation- the staff were attentive and always at hand to help. My suitcase wheel broke and 2 guys from the team helped repair it 5 mins after me asking for help. The grounds are stunning and lovely to walk around. There is also an onsite Masai market if you want to buy any trinkets. The proximity to the Mara also makes this hotel a great choice!

Stayed here for 2 nights while completing the Masai Mara 3 day tour. Clean, comfortable beds and hot water. Breakfast and Dinner were good. Lovely hotel grounds. Excellent service from staff in particular Sharon. Andrew also good. The big fire behind the dinner tent every night was a highlight!
