The environment is absolutely stunning, beautifully incorporating traditional Khmer architecture, which creates a wonderful ambiance. I guess because it was off-peak season, we even got a room upgrade. The service was just okay, honestly, it couldn't compare to the other, less expensive hotel I stayed at. The guy at check-in and the room service attendant who delivered food were quite friendly, though. The food ordered from the hotel menu was delicious and not overpriced, but the quality of the breakfast buffet was pretty mediocre – things like bacon were all dried out. What's really worth complaining about is that some of the in-room facilities are a bit dated. The phone quality was terrible; I often couldn't hear the person on the other end. Also, the bathroom sink was a bit too narrow, which wasn't very convenient. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied, but I probably wouldn't consider staying here again on my next trip to Siem Reap.

The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on the corner, which perfectly embodied a relaxing getaway. Plus, the abundant greenery everywhere made the design both exquisite and vibrant. I was initially worried about mosquitoes, but it turned out to be no big deal. We also went to see the fairy dance performance across the street, which made the trip absolutely worthwhile!

One of the best hotels in Siem Reap. An authentic hotel with beautifully maintained plants throughout the property. Everything is done with great attention to detail. The staff are friendly, and the pool is excellent. The location is central, yet it feels like a peaceful oasis. Best regards.
