The Venetian Macao

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. Ms. Xu and Manager Chen made us feel like family. They were especially warm and wonderful. The Venetian is my top choice hotel when I come to Macau!

The room was quite spacious, and the location is great. The hotel offers free shuttle service everywhere.

Our stay at The Venetian Macao truly maximized our experience, and we're especially grateful to Irene and Valentina. They not only reserved a room with an amazing view for us but also thoughtfully arranged a complimentary upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. Traveling with family, I was worried about the hassle of multiple bookings, but they efficiently handled everything, saving us a lot of trouble. Their warm and friendly demeanor, combined with professional and meticulous service, truly conveyed sincerity. They also thoroughly explained the hotel's shuttle bus service to me, which was incredibly helpful! This trip left us with unforgettable beautiful memories. After more than a decade, I returned to Macau and once again chose to stay at The Venetian. Even though many new, luxurious hotels have sprung up around it, my affection for The Venetian remains as strong as ever. The hotel's casino is still bustling, and the food court is packed during meal times. The rooms are just as I remembered – one of the reasons I love them is how spacious and comfortable they are! My suite's window looked out directly at The Londoner hotel across the way. Yuki and Ivan at check-in were incredibly thoughtful! They repeatedly gave us directions so we wouldn't get lost finding our room. Before check-out, they called the room again to confirm if we needed luggage service, our departure time, and information about the shuttle bus to the ferry terminal. Some guests mentioned that the hotel was noisy due to renovations, but I have to defend the hotel on this point. The noisy period was from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and generally, most guests aren't in their rooms during this time, so it didn't really affect me much – it was negligible! Overall, it was a short but delightful trip! I'm very happy to recommend The Venetian to my friends and family. Plus, the room rate offers excellent value for money!

I really love the service at this hotel; it's so comfortable and pleasant. As soon as you enter, the bell staff greets you and helps with your luggage. When I needed a late checkout, Cynthia from the front desk was very attentive and helpful. She even gave me a small gift and assisted in calling the bell staff. Xiao Chen from the bell staff arrived promptly and had a wonderful attitude.

Huge thanks to Andy at the front desk for the warm welcome! He even gave us a little gift and upgraded us to a room with an amazing view. The suite was very spacious and well-equipped. It was super convenient to access the mall and casino directly from the room. The Venetian's location is also perfect for getting around. Highly recommend!

I liked the hotel's location. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, especially in the evening. The rooms are large, clean, and decorated in an Italian style. We went to the pool twice, both in the morning and evening.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly connected to The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Macao, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel service was outstanding; check-in and check-out processes were very smooth, and the staff were polite and patient. The room was comfortable, spacious, and maintained high hygiene standards. We even received a complimentary welcome gift and a free upgrade to a room with a view.
