The Venetian Macao

Although the room facilities are a bit dated, you can see that they are well-maintained and repaired. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly, truly maintaining a 5-star standard of service. A special shout-out to the hotel's breakfast buffet—it is simply unbeatable and amazing! The staff are polite, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The food exceeded expectations, especially the beef short ribs, which were so tender. You can also order mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and Typhoon Shelter-style prawns à la carte. I will definitely return for the food next time and recommend it to my friends. This has been a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience!

The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian are all connected, making it huge to explore. It's also connected to the Four Seasons. If you're into shopping, you'll probably find everything you want. A great place to experience a lavish, glittering lifestyle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We bought tickets for a gondola ride, which lasted about ten minutes and was a nice experience. I originally thought it would go outdoors, but it actually takes place on an indoor artificial canal on the third floor.

The Venetian Macao is a fantastic hotel! The lobby is incredibly grand and stunning, creating an immersive atmosphere. With its canals, gondola rides, and European-style architecture, it truly feels like a vacation in Venice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. I especially want to commend Rosie and Valentina for promptly helping guests with any issues. Also, a big thank you to the hardworking porter who enthusiastically helped us with our numerous bags all the way to the bus station!

Great service, and they accommodated my late check-out request. Definitely worth staying again—it would be even better if the price was a bit more affordable.

The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. The service attitude is super great, especially Bruce Lee and Mr. Wu from the luggage storage department, who were meticulous and patient.

If you have underage children, you can't cross the canal, so you have to walk all the way around, which was really exhausting. Once you get somewhat used to it, it's fine, but for us, finding our way to the hotel room along the path was super, super hard. The facilities were truly top-notch. It feels luxurious and the hotel room is the best. It would be great for a trip with just a spouse~^^

This time, I brought my parents to Macao for a trip, and I unwaveringly chose to stay at The Venetian Macao once again. The location, transportation, room size, cleanliness, shopping convenience, and especially the service and attitude of the staff always leave me extremely satisfied! A special shout-out to Yuki and Cynthia at the main lobby front desk during this stay! They were both incredibly warm and friendly, and their working skills were top-notch! Since our return flight was booked for 4:45 PM and my parents were quite exhausted after three consecutive days of exploring, eating, and shopping, they wanted to rest a bit longer in the room before heading to the airport. Yuki and Cynthia kindly helped us extend the check-out time to 3:00 PM, which was a huge help to us! Their ability to solve problems for guests and their wonderful attitude are truly commendable. This made our stay even better than the last one, and we will definitely choose to stay at The Venetian Macao again when we visit Macao next year.

I stayed at The Venetian for a trade show business trip, and staying in the South Wing meant it was a short and easy walk down. From the reception and luggage service to the cleanliness and amenities, the entire stay experience was excellent! The room was very quiet, and the soundproofing from neighboring rooms was flawless. You could really feel that every receptionist and staff member went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided a lot of convenience during our exhibition setup and attendance. A big thank you to the team! Unfortunately, my schedule was too rushed to try out all the entertainment facilities at The Venetian, but I look forward to visiting again for leisure. (They even sent a small box of pastries before check-in, which were delicious!)
