The room was clean and well-arranged, and the service was warm and welcoming. It's super convenient to get to Central Street, just a few steps away, so you can always pop back to the room to rest when you're tired from shopping. The breakfast was also good, especially the freshly cooked noodles and wontons!

The hotel is new and very comfortable. It's close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, both within walking distance. What I particularly liked is its quiet location despite being in a bustling area, and there was no rush when parking or handling luggage. Front desk staff Amy and Iris, as well as the cleaning aunties, were all very friendly and proactive in greeting guests, making us feel right at home. A special thanks to the auntie in the restaurant who cleared tables; she was incredibly patient when I asked her to reheat my packed food these past two days, showing no sign of impatience at all. I hope the hotel continues to thrive, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Harbin in the future!

Top-notch, highly recommend! First off, the location of Holiday Inn Central Street is absolutely unbeatable. I don't think you can find a better spot. You step right out onto Central Street. While others have to make a special trip, for us, it's a tourist attraction right outside our door from morning till night! Shopping, coffee, and specialty food? All great, no complaints there! It's about 800m to Central Street Station on Line 2. And about 500m to Zhaolin Park Station on Line 3. Pro tip: cut through the park and it shaves off about 100m, plus you get to enjoy the park's scenery. The facilities are also excellent – modern decor and quality are spot on. Now, for some praise and a couple of suggestions: 1. The trash can is too small. I'm not sure if other guests have mentioned this, but it holds very little and is quite inconvenient. Travelers often have a lot of trash from luggage, food, drinks, and gift packaging. This small bin just doesn't cut it. 2. My room was opposite the housekeeping office. In the mornings, when the cleaning staff are handing over shifts, I'd suggest they keep their voices down. If guests want to sleep in, it can be a bit disruptive (they start talking around 7 AM, and I could hear their conversations quite clearly, probably because it was directly across the hall). I left early for a marathon the next day, so I didn't hear it again. 3. Please continue to optimize other service details. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin, and I'd recommend this fantastic hotel to family and friends. The location is truly superb; it's convenient for getting anywhere!

The overall environment is good, and the soundproofing is decent. The staff are also very friendly, especially Miss AM at the front desk. She has a great smile and solves problems quickly. Thumbs up!

The hotel facilities are all new and clean, and there's a free self-service laundry room. The front desk staff, Rilla Bella, was also very enthusiastic.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a few minutes' walk to Central Street! We probably arrived too late. There was no bellboy, and dragging our luggage up the steep slope at the entrance was really tough. The suitcase was heavy, the slope was steep, and I even scraped my hand. 😓 This definitely needs improvement. I mentioned this to the staff when we entered, and they didn't even react. 😓😓😓
