The staff were really nice and professional. Nice breakfast buffet and good service. I recommend.

I liked the Location near to beach, and nice pool on rooftop.

Staff amazing, the manager shocking behaviour, no customer service skills whatsoever, he obviously puts profit before wellbeing extremely sad. Rather than call an ambulance for my husband's sugar level, we only asked for a sachet of sugar and was charged 3 euros. I know how pathetic to complain but when you have diabetes it's life threatening. The staff were fabulous, even the waiter panicked and poured boiling hot water over my husbands legs. That's fine, he was sincere and passionate as he just wanted my husband to be okay. Please consider who you employ as managers as I feel extremely sorry for the staff to put up with working for someone like that.

Booked last minute and this was the perfect hotel for a 4 night stay, we wish we were there for longer. The hotel is in a perfect location with everything you need around, the supermarket is very close and has good prices too. The beach is very close and lots of places to eat. The rooftop at the hotel was lovely, the cocktails were very nice. The pool felt so nice and warm on a windy day, and the gym is very big and clean and you can workout with a lovely view. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with good water pressure in the shower and nice and warm. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well and felt so refreshed when we woke up. The air conditioning was excellent too and made the room nice and cool. All of the staff we spoke to were lovely and so polite and always available to help. We are already looking at going back here as we loved it so much.

This hotel is nothing spectacular but is affordable and pleasant. Many of the rooms have windows opening into a small quadrant space full of other windows, that runs the height of the building so that you can see the sky if you stick your head out and look up, this isn’t conducive to taking leisure time in the room - but that’s ok. Standard of cleanliness is high. Showers hot. Beds comfy. Air con in good working order. Wardrobe space plentiful with a nice little dressing table area with lights and a large mirror and a chair. There’s plenty of space with sofas to relax on the top floor where the bar is and it is a nice place to relax & unwind at the end of a busy tourist day. If you want to leave the hotel of an evening there are plenty of bars & restaurants very close by. The buffet food is unspectacular but well cooked and plenty of fresh stuff. Nicely located close to the beach which is great, and close to the city centre and the bus service is excellent. All in all a great little affordable hotel that is international, no frills but clean & efficient.

This was a much needed break after a stressful time. The hotel was so quiet and relaxed and staff very helpful. It was in a great location close to great restaurants and also the beach. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need including fabulous shopping outlets. Breakfast was vast, so much choice it was just so very busy, we paid an extra 30€ the first evening for an evening meal again plenty of choice and a little quieter. The bar on the rooftop was clean calm and with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The pool area was clean tidy and had a lifeguard on duty. We just couldn’t find fault with any part of our experience. The whole hotel was clean and we could fault nothing g about our experience.
