The position is super central, in the main street, one minute walking distance to the main square Plaza the Armas. Rooms are comfortable, clean, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere with the palms in the courtyard and a nice pool open all day. The staff is extremely kind and available. Even if the check-out is at 12 am (which is very convenient if you have some activities in the morning!) we could leave our luggage in the storage room and could spend time by the pool and at the restaurant. Jose was always available to open us the storage room (many times!) to allow us taking what we needed during the day (we had some other activities in the afternoon and the transfer in the night). Extremely recommended!

We stayed here for a night, and everything was almost perfect! The room was huge, they even had some desserts for us in the room, which tasted amazing, breakfast had decent options, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a great place to crash in an amazing city

The hotel is nice , clean and has a good staff. It does not have elevators but I think it only has two levels and the staff are there and willing to help. The buffet breakfast is great and comes with the stay. I did not have dinner there. The hotel is not far from the bus terminal. It is also set in middle of the town so you can walk everywhere and is close to where you go to fly over the Nasca lines. There is a beautiful park in the center of town that is full of people at night so fun to sit and watch.

We stayed for 4 nights 5 days. The place is relatively small. The rooms are big enough to have a comfortable stay. In general all premises including the rooms are always clean. Staff at the reception are in general very pleasant and amicable. The breakfast is good: fresh fruits, eggs, everyday they have a typical dish such as chaufa or lomo or chicken saltado. The menu is good and the “sazon” is in general very good. Paola who works at the restaurant is just magnificent. She is very polite and amicable. We all were grateful. The hotel has a parking which is not at the building but close by. The location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and restobars to enjoy Peruvian drinks and food.

We were greeted with a smile when we arrived and the smiles were never out of stock. Rooms were good size and a/c worked. Breakfast was good with a spread that would satisfy the most. At least we were happy. Hotel is only minutes away from town square and plenty of restaurants in same street
