Good location, despite the huge numbers of guests, always available lifts, breakfast oriented to Asia. Advantage - pool on the roof.
We paid all in advance, but the hotel asked to pay an additional tourist fee🤷♀️

Excellent stay at Ibis KLCC! The staff were friendly, the room was sparkling clean and the pool was refreshing. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Great view from our room!

A very nice place to getaway on weekend with family. There are many restaurants nearby to eat. The hotel includes breakfasts buffet that can add in. Swimming at night is really nice

The room is clean, but seems a bit outdated. TV didn't work, the gym is also basic.
The location is actually pretty bad, not close to the city center / the twin tower at all. It seems close, but it takes at least 15 minutes on foot. There are no shopping malls nearby, all you got is a convenience shop across the street.
Would recommend staying in hotels near the pavilion.
