The Platinum 2 Kuala Lumpur by Heim ( Rooftop Infinity Pool + 10Mins Walk to KLCC )

Huge room with a kitchen featuring a full-sized fridge and a stove for cooking. Fantastic location with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers 👌 — by the way, it's about a 10-minute walk to get there. There's a scenic rooftop pool on the 51st floor with heated water. We had a one-bedroom suite with a living room 👌. Check-in was swift, and the elevators are super-fast 🤞.

Everything was great. Turkish friends, in particular, can choose to stay here for the infinity pool. Thank you.

A good hotel close to the towers. Within a 10-minute walk, there are 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants, a metro station, a monorail, and a bus stop. Maybe I was just lucky, but I didn't experience any crowded elevators. After sunset, the pool gets quite busy. I asked the cleaning staff for some water, and they brought me 4 bottles, and then asked every day if I needed more water in the room. I stayed on the 43A floor with a view of the KL Tower.

Service was okay, but the front desk isn't on the 1st floor. You have to wait in the lobby for a staff member to escort you to the room. The hallway had a slight smell of rotten eggs, which wasn't very pleasant. The view was pretty good, though! 👌👍👌

The hotel is in a good location, but the service is atrocious and the room layout makes no sense—the living area is huge while the actual bedroom is tiny. You have to constantly beg for water, they provide cheap shower gel and shampoo, and getting fresh towels is a battle. Elevators take forever, and they start kicking you out of the pool 15 to 20 minutes before closing. If it's your first time here, it's alright to give it a try, but rather than paying 6,000, I’d definitely choose the rooms going for 5,000, as they are exactly the same.

Great location, wonderful infinity pool with views of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Spacious room, comfortable bed. The towels need replacing—they are a dingy grey, and for two people, there were only two large towels and one small one, which is not quite enough. If you plan to go up to the pool on the 51st floor, you need to bring bath towels from your room or bring your own if you have them. There is simply no other way.

I came here with my girlfriend, we got into a fight, and I ended up coming back alone, which put me in a terrible mood. But the view and the facilities were so stunning that all my anger just melted away.

Stayed at Platinum 2 with my family, and it was a 10/10 experience all around! The rooftop infinity pool is definitely the highlight—the views are super photogenic day and night. Our two-bedroom suite was bright and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views, and the place was sparkling clean. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. A special shout-out to Manager Fong for the seamless communication and prompt responses; any issues were resolved swiftly, giving our family complete peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!
