Location of the hotel was convenient. Started of to a bad start with a few issues with the room, air conditioning and insects but staff were very friendly and helpful. Received an apology, an upgrade and transfer to the airport. Appreciated the service.

Their service is excellent, from airport pick-up to check-in and other services that common tourists need. It is a small hotel but it has everything I need, including a clean room, a comfortable bed and a shower that works. Their lobby is tastefully decorated and just about every corner is good for photos.

We only stayed for one night, as we made a stop before heading over to Da Nang! We had a lovely time, the staff were very kind and helpful. Even recommend us places for coffees and other things. We arrived very early and they helped us to do earlier check in. The hotel is very nice, room is very comfortable and super clean.
We also tried the Spa and it was wonderful! Definitely have to try this place out!

Love this boutique hotel! Perfect location for shopping and walking the streets! The hotel is comfy, clean and the staff great. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you get the larger room if staying for business. I like to have space when travelling.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and great services. Comfortable bed and pillow too. If you want a quiet room then please request for the room that is not facing the main street. We had such an amazing stay 👍🏼

The service is excellent. The staff helped me sorted some issues with a driver, provided warm hospitality and a lot of local support. Ms Phan Ngan deserves to be highlighted and complimented for her sincere attention to details and considerations for her guests. She stands as a great example of what it means to be "in a home away from home". Thank you to the staff and to Ms Ngan very much
