Super convenience locatiion - right beside the Amsterdam Central Station and opp all the attractions.

Very bad service, I booked and paid the family room, when we checked in (late about 6pm already), the customer service said that the room type was fully booked, they said can upgraded for us which was 3 bedder with room size 17m psm,, which is smaller than the room size which we booked (means that was down graded), after we insisted need the room type, that spent half hour to change the system? Then only provided the room for us… the ‘black’ lady very very rude, the supervisor kept saying no more room????

The hotel rooms should have a mini refrigerator for Medicines and Cold Drinks. In addition, this hotel chain should consider offering wash cloths to use. I had to use a huge hand towel in the shower which becomes very heavy when wet and just an overkill for bathing. There should be a community microwave to use in the lobby since they do not want to put one in every room. The hotel makes good pizza.

The best feature about this hotel is it's location. It is just next to Amsterdamcentrasl, and also very near to tram station that brings you to various attraction spots, including the museums.
The room itself is very small, with very basic amenities. Do keep in mind, you can ask for kettle if you need one, but it is not provided as part of the amenities in the room.
It is quite clean, so no complaint there.

Great location as the hotel is close to both the train station & City centre. Staff are friendly & helpful. Good policy of rewarding guest with $5 each day if housekeeping is skipped.
Room rate is a bit pricy considering the room size (12 or 17 sm) and limited room amenities and hotel facilities offered ( no gym & no pool ). Guest must be aware that the some room types come without any complimentary bottled water , slippers or toothbrush/paste.
