Awful experience and I do not recommend it at all. I had the unluck to stay there two months while moving to Valencia, as I took over the flat from Alvaro (a student from room 419, who also turned out to be a liar that stole my money). So I do not recommend taking over contracts from the students living there. People working there dont like their job and are unhelpful and unfriendly (only one very tall guy was attentive and talkative, but I saw him only two-three times within 2months). I had issues already upon moving in (i.e. blocked sink, burnt bulb), that were a clear indication of bad experience overall. It is a complicated process to request maintainance and they lied to me for 3days after moving in saying they requested repairs on my behalf. I asked them everyday the same thing. On day 4 they told me being totally annoyed that they will do it but in the future I have to do it online myself. I did it once a few weeks later but the sink was still blocked, so I am not sure anyone came at all. I was not even bothered to notify them I have ants in the room, as I know they would not help. The washing machine cost additional money, each laundry is ~3.50€. I spoke with people in the lift - everyone was pissed off about the price and the fact you cannot use your own washing powder and the clothes smell after chlorine. I even wrote to the vendor - they could not nor properly advise on the temperature or anything regarding the usage. Using their washing machines was a bad experience. The clothes smelled unwashed. Absolutely disgraceful for this price. Cleaning was a joke as well. The cleaning ladies are friendly but the only thing they do is changing the beds and using an air refresher. When I asked one lady to swipe/vacuum the floor she told me I have to do it myself. So I had to clean everything myself, incl. the shower/shelves/toilet. Also, there is a schedule that they send in advance but the indicated times are not kept. I also had "do not disturb" sign hung on my door but despite this, the cleaning ladies came twice inside my studio to see me half-naked. I didnt like it at all. To get a parcel you have to sign out in their system at the reception. It happend at the beginning that the reception hold my parcel with medicaments for 7days, where I complained to the shop that they lost the parcel and later had to say sorry (also inbetween lost money buying meds in the local pharmacy). It turn out that the reception people in Livensa were just too lazy to notify me, I was really annoyed. The same when I left this rubbish place - they promissed to notify me as I was expecting a parcel. Of course they didnt do it. I had to go there myself to check if the parcel was there (it was). They were not bothered to notify me. I also didnt get the key to the mailbox. The previous tenant lost it. Two months was not long enough for them to give me a replacement and my mailbox was kept open. The gym smells like mold, its not possible to open the windows. I h
