Indra Maya Pool Villas

Very nice service! Staff was great. Our group could not drive but they are helpful in arranging a driver to drive the buggy every time we needed to about the resort. However the master bedroom toilet had a bit of smell when we got there, and had to wait a few hours for it to dissipate. Otherwise recommend as there are many fun activities to do there!

Our pool villa was near perfect in all regards, as was the service, the breakfast at both Nirwana Resort (buffet style) and Mayang Sari (à la carte) and our own self-drive golf buggy. We never left the resort as we had enough dining options, activities and time to just hang with each other in the villa ❤️ Just do note that if you have mobility issues, do let the reservation staff know. Our villa had rather steep steps leading down to the entrance though there are others more accessible via a gentle slope.

Wonderful local and staffs as usual, but the facilities a bit out fashion and need to be upgraded. The overall experience is perfect, quiet beach and great for family trip.

The staff were extremely hospitable and were very welcoming.

Kids club, massage, food, friendly staff are reasons we came back to Bintan Nirwana Gardens again. Private pool at Indra maya villas is a day and night treat for kids.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery "no" message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

I highly recommend this for group staycation. The water is clean and clear. Got water activities to make your stay extra fun
