Where can we start. Our stay at Mas de l’Esperance was perfection. From the moment we arrived to the warmest of welcomes. As a big family our rooms were perfect, everything we could have wished for as a young family. My mother also stayed with us and had the most perfect stay. Both rooms had everything you could ask for. The family suite had 2 connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms in a lovely location. My mum stayed in the main part of the house and it was equally as breathtaking. Fully renovated and extremely clean and comfortable. We arrived late afternoon and straight away our request for champagne was met. We then enjoyed the most delicious meal, as we did each evening we were there. Breakfast was also superb. Mostly homemade or locally sourced ingredients. Nothing was too much for the hosts. We traveled with 2 x 5 year olds and a 10 month old and every need was met with no question. The heated pool was a dream and we spent a very relaxing day around it. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Mas de l’Esperance. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

We stayed at the property in the first week of November which was a little cool so we were not able to use the pool but the property is so beautiful and peaceful. We rented the honeymoon retreat to celebrate our engagement and it didn’t disappoint. Very rustic yet very cozy and comfortable. We were also happy to be able to enjoy a private hot tub by the pond. The hosts have an amazing continental breakfast with an assortment of pastries, charcuteries and cheeses. The property is outside of St-Gilles but just 20 minutes away from Nîmes or Arles the other way which made it easy to go out for dinner.

Un lieu plein de charme, idéal pour se ressourcer dans un cadre paisible et magnifique du sud de la France. La chambre est très accueillante, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée, avec une grande attention aux détails. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est attentif et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, copieux et varié, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Une adresse que je recommande vivement.

Ce n'est pas la première, et définitivement pas la dernière fois que nous avons séjourné au Mas de l'Espérance! Que dire: tout est bon! Les chambres spacieuses et décorées avec goût, la cuisine sublime, le parc vaste et calme entourant le Mas, la belle piscine et surtout, la gentillesse et le savoir-faire hospitalier de la famille-propriétaire de ce lieu. Sans oublier "l'équipe d'animation à quatre pattes" souhaitant la bienvenue. Un endroit idéal pour des gens désirant un séjour des plus agréables un peu en dehors des sentiers battus, mais à situé à proximité de Nîmes, d'Arles, du pont du Gard et des haut-lieux la Camargue.

Que puis-je ajouter aux commentaires positifs qui ont déjà été postés? Le lieu est magnifique, depuis le portail d'entrée, l'allée bordée d'oliviers, la maison, la piscine (assez grande pour pouvoir nager) et sa terrasse, le jacuzzi dans son petit abri, la salle à manger voûtée, jusqu'à la chambre, immense, où on sent que chaque détail a été pensé et choisi avec soin. L'accueil est charmant et le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont délicieux. Nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par la proximité de l'autoroute et de l'aéroport.

On ne soupçonne pas en arrivant à proximité du mas de l’espérance que se cache en ses lieux une magnifique et accueillante chambres d’hôtes. Accueil chaleureux et plus que sympathique, repas succulents, piscine super agréable, petits déjeuners copieux. Bref, à faire, refaire et re refaire.
