I had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Atour X Hotel Xiamen Railway Station. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They even added us on WeChat, which made it very convenient to reach out with any questions or requests throughout our stay. Their prompt responses and warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Xiamen Railway Station, making it easy to travel around Xiamen and even to nearby cities. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and everything was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Xiamen. Highly recommended!

The environment is great, and the location is excellent. Compared to other Atour hotels, the rooms here are more refined and well-equipped. Since the ' 安心服务 (peace of mind service)' was implemented, the towels and slippers are all individually packaged. The front desk staff are all very good and respond promptly to feedback. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back often.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's less than 500 meters from Xiamen Station South Plaza, making it incredibly convenient. It's clean, well-maintained, and has all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent; we had an early train, and the thoughtful front desk even prepared breakfast for us to take on board. There's also a cozy book bar in the lobby on the first floor. We truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place – it's a must-stay!

The front desk lady that check us in doesn’t even meet the basic warm welcoming of Atour. Unfortunately we got the same person on our check out day too (Sunday 31 May bfr 9am). No basic greetings and her face was black everytime we see her which feels like we were not welcome to stay there. The reasons we always choose Atour and has been promoting to our friends is because of the Atour warm welcoming. She didn’t even thank us for staying when we check out but only utter 2 sentences “退房可以”. Other than that the amenities were ok.
