See my other review for more comments. This room simply has a private terrace. It's larger and more comfortable. Overall, the extra few hundred yuan is well worth it.

This cave hotel offers excellent value for money! The room was spacious and odorless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke a little Chinese and very good English, so communication was a breeze! Breakfast was abundant and delicious. It's very close to Rose Valley and Love Valley, and you can even watch the hot air balloons fly right past your terrace—it's truly breathtaking!!!

Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with our luggage and were incredibly friendly. They were always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel environment is fantastic, and it's a great spot for taking photos of hot air balloons.

This hotel could not have been more perfect. You will literally be right inside the ballon launch area. The staff was amazing the room was beautiful and the bed was soooo comfy. This hotel is not within the main city but the quiet but conveniently located hotel is not far and you will like it better.

I was surprised by how spacious the room was. It was really clean, and the staff were incredibly kind – everything was perfect. However, it seems to be a common thing in cave hotels, but the toilet wasn't in a private cubicle, which was a bit embarrassing. There was a screen, though, so I used that to create a makeshift wall. The heating worked very well, so it was comfortable even in winter.
