Hotel and Spa Hanamizuki

When I went to check in, the main gate was locked, and I had to go to another hotel about 7 minutes away to check in, and then come back. It was a ridiculous system. They said it was because it was an unmanned day, so I went to check in while getting drenched in the rain. Also, I was dissatisfied that the large bathhouse was closed on Sundays, so I had to use the bathroom in my room.

Facilities: Already old Hygiene: average Environment: OK Service: Bad experience. There is no one at the front desk of the hotel. I have to go to another hotel to get the key. Mainly because they all speak Japanese and it is difficult to communicate. It took a long time before I could check in.

It’s my first time staying in an unfamiliar place, but it’s a good place to stay again.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Shimabara. It's conveniently located near the station. There was a welcome drink service at the front desk, and there was a large public bath and sauna on the first floor, which was great.

A business hotel located diagonally in front of Shimabara City Hall, a 2-3 minute walk from Shimabara Station. Parking is available around the hotel. Breakfast consisted of bento boxes, instant miso soup, and furikake. The room was relatively clean and not very large, so it was a so-called business hotel. I didn't enter the public bath, which is a men's and women's time system. The service at the front desk was normal and the amenities were normal. The location is good, but is it like a business hotel with no features? There was a station hotel within a few minutes walk.
