The Savoy

My stay at The Savoy in London was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, professional, and truly attentive to every detail. Every staff member I encountered made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was another highlight: beautifully presented, with an incredible selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from perfectly cooked eggs to the best pastries I’ve ever had. Enjoying it in such an elegant setting was the perfect start to each day. The Savoy truly lives up to its legendary reputation—an unforgettable experience in every way.

Well what can I say, I have been visiting London for so many years and stayed in all categories of hotels, in the luxury part I stayed in Claridge's, Dorchester and Rubens and I can confidently say that from now on The Savoy will be my number one choice for a luxury hotel in London We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite when they knew that it's my wife's first time in London, great service and great attention to detail from everyone..don't wanna forget names but Zibi and Konrad from Concierge team and Kayleigh from front desk (her colleague who showed us to our room, I apologize if I forgot the name but it's easy to get who was on the front desk with Kayleigh on September 22nd) The room itself is vintage style with great amenities which we loved, my wife loved the Dyson hair dryer and I loved the bath amenities Breakfast was the best I had in any luxury hotel in London in terms of service and quality, I highly recommend the gallery for breakfast, unfortunately we haven't tried other hotel restaurants Location is right on strand and few minutes away from Covent garden and Piccadilly circus You may find that I described the hotel with great value which sounds strange for an expensive luxury hotel but it's true, I felt it's worth every penny compared to other luxury London hotels Overall a great stay and will definitely be back.

Location is good, very convenience. Close to Cinvent Garden and Jubilee market and London eyes.

Before I arrived to UK, I was so excited to stay in The Savoy, however, the cleanliness is very poorly in the bathroom. I found some dirt on the floor and the bathtub. It was disgusting! The room attendants are very rude. One day when we returned to our room, the room attendance was cleaning in our room and she told us to wait outside until she finished! Also, I paid for the ballon before I arrived to UK, it was for my husband birthday, when we checked out, they charge it again! So please make sure you will check your bills! I am not happy with this hotel! Location is good! That’s it!

Love the restaurant and bar here best service

We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left. Fantastic location,beautiful lobby and eating areas.A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place. The whole place was a quiet place really.The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna. The food was excellent too. We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road,that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too. You really do feel like a film star staying there.Amazing place.
