Crown Towers Sydney

They gave me a room on the 23rd floor, which was still a bit lower than I'd hoped. The front desk on the 1st floor was crowded and noisy. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory. The service was pretty standard, nothing particularly memorable.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Exceptionally warm and welcoming. The buffet restaurant managed to find us a table even though we didn't have a reservation on the night we arrived, which made the kids very happy. It's very close to the aquarium, and the whale watching pier is also nearby. It was a really great stay, and the kids felt the staff's enthusiasm, even trying to speak English, which was an unexpected bonus!

The hotel boasts a luxurious and grand decor, a modern style rarely seen in Australia. The room size is very generous and comes with excellent amenities. The only minor downside is that the view from the window is relatively ordinary.

Feeling like royalty! The location is superb, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets are quite good. The only letdown was the lobster at the dinner buffet – completely tasteless, like a rubber stamp. The rock oysters, however, were excellent. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is very new with top-notch facilities and spacious rooms. The service during check-in was just average, but the staff were very friendly during check-out. I hope the service can be more consistent. Also, the hotel windows need a good cleaning; the view outside is beautiful, but the dirty glass really spoils the experience.

The most satisfying hotel in Sydney, bar none. Stayed two nights and regretted not staying longer. The breakfast was superb, and the location was absolutely amazing – open the curtains and there's the Opera House! Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sydney.
