An absolutely terrible experience. I booked this hotel for New Year's Eve, paying almost 8000 RMB a night for six consecutive days. By the third day, I was already regretting it. The cleaning staff were dishonest; a bottle of champagne from my room disappeared without any explanation, and an aromatherapy diffuser was also taken by the cleaner.
