Yuebo Hotel (Yingtianmen Luoyi Ancient City Branch)

Very close to Yingtian Gate, within walking distance, and also very close to Luoyi Ancient City, making it super convenient to get around. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room facilities are very new, but because it's facing the street, it can be a bit noisy at night.

The environment is great, and the staff are very friendly. The price is also very reasonable.

Overall, The Yuedan Hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive to all my needs. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. With complete facilities, it was a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

At check-out, we received a souvenir, a delicate box of peony flower cakes. Free parking right at the entrance was very convenient.

This stay was a huge disappointment, far from the advertised 4-star rating, feeling more like a 2-star experience: 1. When I booked on Ctrip, it stated there would be late-night congee. The front desk confirmed it was available, but when I went, it was completely dark and empty. There's no need for false promises. 2. The check-in process was incredibly inefficient. I arrived around 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. I had to wait a good 10 minutes. 3. The so-called self-service coffee afternoon tea turned out to be just the one cold black tea they brought to the room – completely misadvertised. 4. The room window was tiny, and the lighting was poor. Luckily, it was a south-facing room; otherwise, the experience would have been even worse. Neither the service, the amenities, nor the attention to detail met 4-star standards. Overall, it was very mediocre, and I wouldn't recommend it.
