Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia Church

Our overall stay at the Mercure far exceeded expectations! The room was clean and fresh, fully equipped with great amenities, plenty of hot water, and excellent soundproofing. The front desk was efficient and attentive during check-in, the surrounding area offers complete facilities with easy transportation, and we had a very relaxing stay.

Chose Mercure for our family trip and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and great soundproofing, so the kids slept soundly through the night. The front desk service was attentive, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options that suited all ages. Convenient location, making shopping and dining very easy. The self-service laundry room was also extremely practical. Highly recommended for family trips, and we will definitely stay here again next time.

First time in Harbin and I highly recommend this hotel! The room is a good size and super clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's in a convenient location with well-maintained facilities, making you feel completely at ease during your stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. The young staff members were exceptionally warm and welcoming, bringing a heartwarming touch to the chilly weather!

Great location, not far from St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Avenue—about a ten-minute walk—with a large shopping mall right next door. We stayed in the family suite, where the sofa bed was already made up and quite comfortable. The lobby offers afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks every day, which is super convenient; it's so relaxing to grab a drink as soon as you get back. They also serve a late-night snack, and you can ask the front desk to have a delivery robot bring it up to your room. They even gave us complimentary Modern Ice Lollies (Madieer) and local red sausage, both of which were delicious! The service was warm and excellent. There are also a few minor flaws I hope they can improve: the lighting in the room is too dim, and there was a slight sewer smell coming from the toilet. The room layout is a bit odd—we couldn't figure out where the cups were, and at first, we couldn't even find the closet 🥲 Also, it would be even better if they could help with drying clothes~ Overall, definitely recommended~

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 5-10 minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street (Zhongyang Dajie). Zhaolin Park and the Songhua River are also within walking distance. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, the breakfast is quite extensive, and the afternoon tea and midnight desserts are a very thoughtful touch. The complimentary laundry service is extremely convenient. It is also very wheelchair-friendly and accessible.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a Dyson hairdryer and a powerful, hot shower. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even offered afternoon tea and a Madieer popsicle. There was also a late-night snack service, but we were too full to order anything. The hotel service was great, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for shopping. Perhaps because it was during the National Day holiday, parking wasn't very convenient when we arrived on October 5th. However, when we left on October 7th, the last day of the long holiday, we noticed there were quite a few empty parking spaces.

The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic, upgrading our room and providing free breakfast, along with vouchers for Madieer ice cream and Qiulin red sausage for each guest! The room facilities and bedding were top-notch, ensuring a very comfortable sleep! Breakfast was abundant! It's the perfect choice for tourists looking for accommodation!

The hotel is ideally located next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it very convenient for getting around. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The breakfast also offers a good variety. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, which I was happy with. The underground parking nearby was very convenient; it cost 60 yuan for a 17-hour stay, not 50 yuan as the cap. We also had a great time.
