A reliable stay every time! The room was meticulously clean, and I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, with hot water coming on instantly. Facilities were well-equipped and quite new, the internet was fast and stable, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. However, the front desk staff's English proficiency isn't quite fluent enough for smooth communication.

This Hotel Vischio Osaka by JR West is in an absolutely fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk from Higobashi subway station, making it super convenient to get to Nakanoshima and the Science Museum. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, so finding a place to eat is a breeze. The hotel itself has a charming retro-luxury vibe, and the rooms are spotless. The in-room dryer is a lifesaver for travelers, and the large windows offer great views and plenty of natural light. Since it opened in 2020, all the facilities are modern and new. It's generally quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a twin room by myself, and there was plenty of space, and the bedding was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. It offers great value for money, and the flexible free cancellation policy is a bonus. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Osaka's Nishi district. I'll be staying here again!
