We had a wonderful family breakfast at Serina Restaurant, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—perfect for both adults and kids. From the eggs to the pastries and coffee, everything was top-notch. It’s a great spot for a relaxing and delicious family meal. The service was outstanding. Martin, the manager, was welcoming, professional, and made sure every guest felt at home. A heartfelt thank you to our lovely servers—Anjelika, Ruspa, and Hajar—who were friendly, attentive, and incredibly kind, especially with our family. Their warm hospitality really made the experience special. I highly recommend Serina Restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious, family-friendly breakfast with exceptional service!

This has to be the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at! The OQ is one of a kind and we have stayed at many hotels around the world, primarily 4 and.5 star properties. Our arrival transfer met us promptly at the airport. The hotel is about 25 minutes drive from the airport and roughly 15/20 minutes from Doha city itself. We checked into the OQ and were met by friendly hotel staff who gave us information regarding restaurants, the pool and breakfast times. We stayed in a city view 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 x separate bathrooms and a powder room, as well as a laundry! The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and the washing machine worked perfectly! Beds and pillows were super comfortable and we had a fantastic sleep for the 6 nights we stayed here. We were also able to dry our clothes thanks to never ending heat outside. Our only recommendation to the hotel would be to provide some sort of clothes airer to hang clothes on once washed out on the balcony. We had booked a Desert Safari one afternoon and when the driver was very late, the hotel were more than happy to assist in calling them on our behalf. Breakfast - words cannot adequately describe how fantastic breakfast was!!! When we attended every morning, the breakfast staff promptly attended to us and allowed us to sit where we pleased. Breakfast was chosen from a menu where you chose as much as you wanted, and it was made fresh for you. Every item on the menu was absolutely delicious. We also ate lunch at the restaurant where breakfast was served, and lunch was also absolutely amazing! We can not speak highly enough of the staff at breakfast and lunch - they are to be commended for the work they do. Pool - the pool was lovely, spacious and the perfect temperature. Again, the staff regularly bring around fresh juices and fruit kebabs. These gestures were a unique and lovely touch once again to our stay. There are toilets and private showers nearby the pool area which again was very convenient. Location - Whilst the hotel is locate in Lusail, the area is quiet and somewhat undiscovered at the moment, however still very close to Doha city, along with Place Vendome shopping centre (approx. 10 minute drive away, also in Lusail), Galleries La Fayette in Katara, the Pearl and Soul Waqif. Whilst you cannot walk to any of these places (it is too hot to walk anywhere, anyway!) you will only spend between 10 and 15 minutes in a taxi/Uber to get there. All in all, the OQ is definitely the best property we have stayed in. The space and comfort of an apartment with the luxuries of a hotel and convenient location!

It’s a really nice place to be, and their service is top notch. When you come to Qatar, you should checkout the OQ hotel at waterfront. Best is a reserved bartender .. Mariem is a good hostess , And Angelica gave a good service too , when you come to Qatar, The Oq is one of the best places to be

Excellent location, great comfort from the morning, over the pool time to dinner with Best, Mariem and Anjalika. Super relaxing, easy city access and swimming in the sea. Large rooms, brand new and clean. Washing machine was a plus and reduced luggage a lot.

Best hotel in Doha, in front of the sea, calm area, huge gym, great interior and exterior design. But the best, the service and care of its personnel, specially room service, cleaners, reception, SPA and at the restaurant (Nithesh and Anjalika are the best!!) Will come again

The room service provided in OQ hotel and specially by noureddin ennaciri has been very remarkable and nice. It convince us to come back, and meet so kind personnel.And the food is also great. Thank you. The system of re iews of this application is very demanding asking at least 200 cgaractets. Please change it!
