The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hadrian's Gate and very close to the old city entrance, making it super convenient to visit all the attractions. The room facilities were pretty good, though I found the lighting a bit dim, which I wasn't quite used to. The hotel has a lovely garden, and the restaurant is set in the courtyard. It's a really pleasant environment for dining when the weather is good. The service was decent, and they even provided a brochure in the room with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The only thing to note is that there's no parking at the hotel, and driving within the old city is extremely inconvenient. The roads are incredibly narrow one-way streets, and it's very easy to get lost, even with navigation.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, and the hotel's interior and exterior garden are also beautiful. The breakfast is also clean and well-prepared. However, the elevator was out of order, and the room was a bit small.

The best hotel in this area by all accounts! Incredibly beautiful grounds, immersed in greenery, with plenty of places to relax. Delicious European food and beautiful presentation. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at this hotel. You truly feel at home here ❤️🥰. Cozy, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is 100 out of 10. On one side is the romantic old town, on the other, shops, a tram, and a modern downtown, so to speak. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is amazing, right next to Hadrian's Gate, so close you can see it from the hotel terrace. Looking at the room photos, it seems I was upgraded upon check-in. It was a pity the courtyard was under renovation during my stay, but the kittens were adorable, and they gave me a little jam as a souvenir when I checked out.
