Oriental Riverside Hotel Shanghai (Shanghai International Convention Center)

Our family room had a great river view. We received complimentary juice vouchers upon check-in, and the service was excellent. Although the safe had a minor issue, the manager and engineer promptly came to fix it. The breakfast was good, and the pool was beautiful. The high-altitude gym (GYM) offered a fantastic vibe facing the skyscrapers. The lobby was grand and spacious. It's a short walk to the other side of the Bund, which is very convenient, and the Oriental Pearl Tower is practically right next door. There are also plenty of great restaurants and easy metro access nearby.

The room faces the Bund, quiet and tidy, with several iconic Lujiazui buildings just a stone's throw away. The pre-sale package was great value for money, including breakfast for two and a double buffet. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh dishes, such as mantis shrimp, mussels, bread crabs, lamb chops, steaks, and Qingyuan shredded chicken. I'll definitely book again next time!

We stayed here with our child, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, spacious, and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was consistent. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. The staff were patient and attentive, and very friendly towards children. The environment was quiet and not noisy, so our child slept very well. The facilities are complete, and it offers great value for money. It's our top choice for family travel, and we'll definitely choose it again next time. Highly recommended!

The room offers a fantastic view, with the Bund clock tower clearly visible across the way. The afternoon tea dessert set and ice cream included in the package were delicious, truly befitting an international hotel. My call to the service center was answered instantly, which was great. The service here is among the best I've experienced in five-star hotels. Many of the staff speak Shanghainese, making it very friendly for older Shanghainese guests.

Arrived at the hotel around noon and checked in after lunch. Although it was a bit far from the elevator, the environment was quite comfortable. What I liked most was how well I slept at night.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was thoughtful and attentive, and the surroundings were excellent. The breakfast was rich and delicious with a wide variety of options, especially the authentic Western dishes. All other facilities were also perfect.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Pudong Art Museum, with the Oriental Pearl Tower and a shopping mall nearby. The subway is also a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel is very clean; I returned in the evening to find my pajamas neatly folded, the bathroom was odorless, and the shower was spotless. The service was impeccable. Breakfast is definitely worth trying, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. I'll definitely be back!
