The room was very pleasant, with new, clean furniture and high-quality plumbing. It had all the conveniences, such as a kettle, iron, and ironing board. The air conditioning and water worked perfectly, and the room was warm and comfortable. There were no issues with soundproofing; you'd only hear neighbors if they opened their door or spoke loudly in the hallway. On the ground floor, there are coffee machines where you can enjoy unlimited free coffee with milk, sugar, and cookies. The location is convenient, close to cafes and restaurants, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and bus and metro stops. The staff was very courteous. Once, when the hotel elevator wasn't working, they compensated us with chocolates and water. You can leave your luggage at the reception, and it's possible to pay the deposit with cash, not just by card as stated on Trip.com.

The accommodation looked a bit old, but it was well-maintained. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. I especially liked that I could cook in the room.

Great for budget-conscious families, as you can do laundry and cook. It's conveniently located near attractions and supermarkets, though it is a bit old.

This was my second stay for this trip. I got a newly renovated corner room which was clean and spacious, with a kitchen, a table and chairs, and a sofa. The bathroom had a modern electric toilet with a heated seat, which was very comfortable.

Thoughtful snacks: The hotel provides complimentary coffee and cookies, and the cookies were incredibly delicious! Enjoying snacks in the common area became a real treat. Overall, it offers extremely high value for money, and the price is also reasonable. The location is great too! I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The location is convenient, close to the city center and Darling Harbour. While the hotel and rooms are a bit dated, the bathroom has been renovated, is clean, and features a smart bidet toilet.

The room was clean and well-arranged, and the location was excellent. It was convenient to get to all the city's attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, it's not far from the train and subway stations. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Sydney.
