Terra Boutique Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night, so I cannot give a complete review of every aspect of the property. However, our overall experience was quite positive, especially considering the affordable price. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, and the bathroom was comfortable and well-equipped, which I really appreciated, as many hotels offer only a basic shower. The swimming pool seemed quite nice, and the water looked reasonably clean. However, the rooftop pool area could definitely use more attention. Some of the umbrellas were broken or unusable, and the tables and chairs looked neglected and as though they had not been properly cleaned for a long time. There were also some wilted flowers that made the area look abandoned. With a little maintenance and care, this space could be much more pleasant. The service was good, and I especially appreciated the staff’s honesty. I accidentally left my makeup bag in the room and only realized it about three hours after checking out, when I was already staying at another hotel. I returned, and the staff gave it back to me without any problems. I was very grateful for their honesty and helpfulness. Overall, this is a good budget-friendly option for a short stay. With better maintenance of the rooftop area, the hotel could offer an even better experience.

I would like to compliment the reception staff, Ms NHA for being helpful and friendly. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff and the cafe and kitchen staff who deligently keep the room clean and tidy and serving good breakfast. Once again wishing the staff well and best wishes
