It’s a nice hotel, with relatively well sized rooms where you can open suitcase without much trouble. The location is a bit further away from the more useful Ginza station, and nearby is higshi ginza station that I have personally not found that useful for my destinations. Hotel stuff is really friendly, and extremely helpful. Public bath within the hotel is nice, but it gets a bit crowded. There are 3 washers+dryer combo machines which work quite well, and include detergents. Room is good for sleeping, and AC works well for both heating and cooling.

My stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza was an exquisite and comfortable experience in the heart of Tokyo, earning it a definite five-star recommendation! Located right in the core of Ginza, with a subway entrance just steps away, exploring the Ginza shopping district or heading to Tsukiji Market was effortlessly convenient. The room, though compact, was thoughtfully designed with meticulous attention to detail and fully equipped with amenities. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the POLA toiletries added a touch of luxury. Opening the window offered a glimpse of Tokyo's cityscapes, with Japanese aesthetics subtly woven into every detail. The hotel's service was equally warm and attentive; the front desk staff spoke multiple languages fluently, greeted guests with smiles, and patiently answered any itinerary questions. Daily room cleaning was thorough, and water and amenity replenishment were always timely. Services like luggage storage and delivery were also readily available. Mornings offered a delightful blend of Japanese and Western breakfast options, with fresh sushi and seasonal delicacies awakening the palate. In the evenings, I could unwind in the Edo-style large public bath, washing away the day's travel fatigue. In bustling Tokyo, this hotel truly served as a comfortable haven. From its location to its facilities, and from its service to the overall experience, everything was simply perfect. It will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Tokyo!

This hotel meets all expectations, from its facilities to its service. The hot water in the shower has the quality and water pressure of a five-star hotel. The staff are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The hotel's location in Ginza 5-chome is fantastic, with plenty of shops and convenient transportation. It's truly a memorable hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the exit of Higashi-Ginza subway station. There are also two other Mitsui Garden hotels nearby, so be careful not to get them confused. It's very close to Tsukiji Market, the Ginza shopping district, and the Imperial Palace, making it ideal for runners. Being a new hotel, the facilities and cleanliness are top-notch, much better than the one in Italia-gai (Shiodome), though the price is a bit higher too. I really liked their public private onsen (hot spring bath), but the gym is too small. Both are located on the second floor, and there's a vending machine selling drinks, which is convenient.

This was my second time staying here. The hotel has a large public bath on the second floor where you can soak in hot water, which is great for unwinding after a day of shopping. The staff are warm and attentive, and the place is clean and hygienic.

The room was quite spacious, but I still prefer a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area (this one didn't have it). During my stay, there was an earthquake, and the hotel swayed a bit. The broadcast informed guests that the hotel was safe and there was no need to worry. If I heard correctly, it was announced twice in Japanese and once in English. Even though I could understand the general meaning in Japanese, I really wish there had been more English broadcasting, especially in an emergency. Given its Ginza location, there must be a lot of foreign tourists staying here; perhaps more than half the guests aren't Japanese, so English broadcasts are quite important.

Small but perfectly formed. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get anywhere. However, dining in Ginza can be quite pricey, so you might consider Tsukiji nearby for more affordable options. Regarding the room size, I expected it to be small, but I was still quite surprised upon arrival – it really is tiny. There wasn't enough space for three suitcases to be fully open at the same time; we had to pack them up after each use just to be able to walk around. The bathroom is also very small, you can only shower while standing in the bathtub, but it is fully functional. Next time, I'd consider staying somewhere a bit further out for a larger room.
