Right next to the shopping area, there's a giant cute elephant sculpture sitting on top of the building. It's impossible to miss and makes for a great photo spot. If you want to enjoy the view, head up to the café beside the elephant. Grab a coffee, relax, and take in one of the coolest corners of the mall. Whenever we’re at MixC World, there is one restaurant we almost always end up returning to: Hikiniku To Come (挽肉と米). We’ve been here so many times that the staff already recognize us and know exactly what we’re going to order. The concept is simple. Fresh hamburger steaks are grilled over an open charcoal pit in the center of the restaurant and served one at a time. What makes it special is how perfectly they cook each patty. The outside develops a beautiful smoky crust while the inside stays incredibly juicy and tender. The moment you cut into the beef, the juices start flowing. Every bite is rich, flavorful, and so soft it practically melts in your mouth. The charcoal adds a subtle smokiness that makes the beef taste even more addictive. What surprised us most the first time was the rice. The rice is excellent on its own. Freshly cooked throughout the day, fragrant, fluffy, and slightly sweet. But the real magic happens when the beef juices soak into it. The rice absorbs all that savory flavor from the meat and suddenly becomes something completely different. The combination of juicy charcoal-grilled beef and steaming hot rice is what keeps bringing us back. Each set comes with three patties served separately, allowing you to enjoy them in different ways. We usually enjoy the first one by itself, the second with the house condiments and rice, and the third mixed with egg and rice for the perfect finish. Many people talk about the queues, but honestly we’ve found that it’s only really busy on weekends, during lunch hours, or sometimes after 7 PM. Even then, we’ve rarely waited more than 10 minutes.
