:Wonderful stay with exceptional service from Yoyo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations and great convenience, but what truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Yoyo at the front desk. She did a fantastic job throughout my visit—welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She patiently answered all my queries, provided excellent local suggestions, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Her warm assistance really made a big difference. It was a true pleasure staying here, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying again!

Pretty bad, moved to a different hotel for my second nights stay Shower was broken Towel in the room was ripped with a hole in it when I arrived The bathroom was so small that I had to sit on the toilet sideways because my knees were hitting the bath One of the main reasons I booked was because it has a pool, the pool was closed Extremely long wait times for the elevator

I am shocked that this place has a score so high. The rooms were literally the smallest I have ever seen with a classless wanna-be fancy golden over-the-top decor that ought to have been changed 15 years ago. The staff could not accomodate simple easy requests and were unnessarily rude. I was there for a night, it was bearable, but for the price I paid, this hotel should be ashamed. The views were nice, have to say... Would've been better if the windows were clean, couldn't really get a good photo.

Dear General Manager / RAMADA Hotel Management, I am writing to formally complain regarding our stay at your hotel from October 23 to October 26 booked through Trip.com. My wife, our 8-year-old son, and I checked into your hotel at approximately 2:00 PM on October 23 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, I requested a comfortable room from your Assistant Duty Manager as this was a special occasion for our family. At approximately 5:40 PM, after returning from sightseeing, my wife discovered a centipede crawling under the beds in our room. The incident caused significant distress to my wife and frightened our young son. I immediately reported the matter to the Assistant Duty Manager and requested that she personally inspect the room with me. She declined and advised that she would instead notify facility personnel. Given the unsanitary condition of the room and the emotional impact on my family, we no longer felt comfortable remaining in the hotel. I requested to speak directly with the Front Desk Manager but was informed that this was not possible. We therefore checked out on the same evening and relocated to another hotel at our own expense. I subsequently requested a refund for the two unused nights of our reservation. Unfortunately, this request was denied by your Assistant Duty Manager. While I acknowledge that an alternative room was offered, the incident and handling of the complaint had already caused us to lose confidence in the hotel's ability to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our family. Accordingly, I respectfully request: 1. A refund for the remaining two unused nights. 2. A formal review of the incident. 3. A written response regarding the hotel's pest control and guest complaint handling procedures. I hope this matter can be resolved amicably and professionally. I look forward to your response.
