Hong kong room very versatile small actually for one person stay ....location they said near Mrt station but you step in Mrt area need to walk 1km for entry gate ......Lift also one of big problem.....wait too long time!!!

Last time I stayed here, the room was really old, and the shower was in a bathtub. I saw other people saying the rooftop pool was very attractive, so I decided to give it another try this time. The pool closes at 7:00 PM, but you can stay there until 9:00 PM.

The room is very small, which is normal for Hong Kong. However, it takes ages to get to your room because the elevators are slow and too few. Housekeeping does their best, but it can't make up for the very worn and outdated interior. Additionally, the bathroom is cramped to the point of being almost unusable.

No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and there were no toothbrushes either; everything had to be paid for. The room was very old-fashioned, small, and uncomfortable to stay in. Plus, it was expensive. Definitely not staying here again.

Next to MTR station and a number of Michelin restaurants for local Hong Kong food. Only small issue is the elevators are very slow, just have patience will be fine. I missed the level 38 pool but will stay again to have a swim.

I honestly think it’s not the best hotel to stay in again the place is not clean the towels and face towels are not completely cleaned people used those towels. They're not completely clean; I still saw dirt in them, so I had to go out to buy my own towels because I didn’t want to get dirt on me! Highly recommend that you check everything 100% but even though I highly don’t recommend the hotel there are only threee lift for that three lifts to come down it takes more than 20 minutes the lift is not very convenient lobby hallways are way too crowded I would definitely not stay here ever again! Pretty bad experience for a 4-star hotel!
