Snow Mushroom Hotel（Snow Town Central Store）

So many people! The hotel even gave us a free ski pass, which was a blast. It's so different from Snow Town three years ago. They've also developed a new 'Snow Street.' Thanks to the owner for the recommendation!

Since Mushroom House was fully booked on our first night, we chose another hotel. We stayed at Mushroom House on the second day, and I want to thank the owner for personally lighting the fire for us. The memory foam mattress here is definitely much more comfortable than the regular foam mattresses elsewhere. Plus, the bed (kang) is built with bricks, which makes for a uniquely different sleeping experience. You really need to stay in one of these authentic brick 'kangs,' not the wooden ones. You only truly understand the difference once you've tried both. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room service was quite good. I missed a lot of calls from the hotel because of call blocking, and finally got in touch through Trip.com customer service. Someone from the hotel then contacted us to give us important information and some travel routes. The hygiene was good, and I really liked that you could see snow right outside the window; it wasn't cold at all, actually quite warm. I asked and they said it was central heating, but during our stay, the primary structural engineer had turned it down, so we could open the window for ventilation. Overall, I was quite satisfied, it was good.

First off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

From the owner to the staff, everyone at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The facilities are excellent and well-equipped, the location is great, and the food is delicious. Plus, the prices are reasonable, and the owner even gave us a discount when we checked out! Five stars for this hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was central. It was right by the nightlife, and close to the boardwalk entrance. It literally took less than a minute to walk to Xueyun Street. There's no elevator, but the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage up. Overall, everything was great.

The room was more spacious than I expected, and the snowy view outside the window was absolutely beautiful. The facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent. The owner was not only lovely but also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly. It truly felt like a warm and inviting experience.
