The hotel is very near Ueno station. The location is great for us as we planned to travel in-city and across city. Ueno is a perfect station for us. May be a bit long walk in the station we we didnt mind walkkng. Staff was friendly. There is a laundry room that we could use which was very convenient.

Arrived after a long trip at 14:15 in the afternoon. They wouldn't let me check in until 3pm unless I paid an extra ¥1000. So the room is ready, but I must pay extra to go inside? Check out is at 10am. So they need 5 hours to clean these 9 square meter rooms?
Staff very rude and unhelpful, room smells and was not clean. Avoid this hotel. There are better options in better areas.

Stayed here last minute. They are super strict with 3pm check in. Overall the entire hotel experience was great. The city was great we didnt really spend much time in the room as much because Ueno is an awesome area.

Total stay 5 nights. No much complaints. Only the room is small as hv 2 big luggages. The walking distance from metro station to hotel is more than 10 minutes.
