The location of hotel was great, but it stopped there really. The room only had cold water. It was just genuinely cold in the room as the heater wasn't powerful. Breakfast was nice and included in the price.

The hotel has a cozy, green courtyard. The room was spacious and clean. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom had new tiles and toiletries were provided. It was cool in the room, and we couldn't find the AC remote, but it was warm under the covers. Everything was good, it was quiet, and we slept well. The location is excellent. Close to the Strait of Gibraltar and the Medina. There's a beautiful promenade nearby. Just a couple of small suggestions for the hotel: please update the bedding and get soft, white duvets. For breakfast, it would be wonderful if you could replace half a bun with half a French, crispy baguette and add an omelet to the breakfast.

Very disappointing. Centrally located between the old and new towns. Room was very cold, TV did not work, drips of hot water from the shower. Sound proofing of room almost non-existent, banging of doors and loud conversations until 1 in the morning and again from 6 in the morning. Much better options in Tangier

The hotel location is very good. Restaurants, Spa, stores are around by walk. The property is a 245-year heritage raid, family owned business. The management team and staff are sweet and friendly people. The only problem is that soundproof is not that great. I often woke up by the nosie in the morning or overnight.

The location is really great. We were able to walk to the Medina and the Beach from the hotel. There are spas too nearby and local supermarkets to buy groceries.
