One of the worst hotel. Pictures & reality are completely unmatched. I’m personally cheated by hotel & tips.com. Staff hotel manager agreed to return 50 % of the payment around Swiss Frank 215.

The hotel looked a bit old inside but perfect for mountain view. We requested a room with a mountain view of Jungfraujoch, and we were so delighted that even though we didn't get a double bed but two single beds with a balcony. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, including saunas, were a bonus with varieties of tea available by the jacuzzi. The hotel is just 1 min walking distance from the wengen station, easy access to Lauterbrunnen, Jungfraujoch, and grindlewald. The breakfast buffet was all right, I wouldn't say it was top notch considering the price. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay in the future.
We had experienced a disturbance almost all night from a raucous guest just above us, room 209. Constantly banging. We tried to call reception so many times to complain, but no one answered my call. That was so disappointing. We couldn't sleep all night. I felt the noise could easily be heard from neighbour guests.
Overall, it was a really nice hotel to stay in a perfect location.

We initially booked to stay for 2 nights but extended our stay as it is so beautiful here with a view of the Jungfrau mountains. The breakfast spread is good too. The wellness centre is just so good after a day of walking, soaking in the hot bathtub overlooking the gorgeous Jungfrau mountains and Wengen valley and enjoying a nice spa massage at the hot pool. Even sitting at the view deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings is a plus. Loved the pilates session with such breathtaking views.The games + gym room + playground/garden offers lots to do here for individualsor families alike. We love it that it's right next to the train station and very convenient for us to get to Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken, Murren, Grindelwald, Bern, etc from here. Many thanks to Faro and Martin for making our stay a memorable one.

Wengen is so quiet and away from the crowd. Hotel location is so close to laundromat, coop and station. Totally enjoy ourdoor jacuzzi

Halfboard menu was normal in terms of flavour. The grilled trout tasted much better than the other pork option. No aircon in the rooms but surrounding temperature was luckily not too hot during our stay. Jacuzzi was amazing with views of the mountains (but facing the breakfast location) and suitable temperature, even provided us with comfortable slippers. Check in was smooth and staff were more than willing to offer help.

We love this hotel so much, super cozy and all the facilities are great. Easy to move around. We booked the dinner included in hotel for 3nights. The dinner was fabulous and great. If we go in again we definitely we stay again.

Hotel provides great service, great breakfast and I like the most is their suna. And it’s just less than 1 min away from Wengen station

Stayed here for one night. Location is super convenient, room was small but cosy. Gorgeous views from the breakfast room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
