VARIA Hotel Phu Quoc

Great location, close to the night market and famous pho restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, and not far from the airport.

The location was super convenient, being very close to the night market! Perhaps it's a cultural thing, but the front desk staff clicked their tongues quite a bit. As for customer service, it seems pretty much the same everywhere in Vietnam—everyone looks rather listless.

The room didn't have the strange smell mentioned in other reviews. It was a comfortable size for three adults and one child, and the beds were amazing to sleep on. Location-wise, it's right next to the night market, making it super convenient. We decided to extend our stay for another night.

An amazing hotel! It's just a 2-minute walk to the Yangdong Night Market, where the food is delicious. Totally worth the money and highly recommended for everyone. There are also plenty of shopping malls nearby.

We moved up from the south and chose a hotel closer to the airport. I expected as much, but it looked even more dated than in the photos. That said, the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. I won't stay here again, but it wasn't terrible. Our room came with a sauna, though we didn't use it. Fortunately, the shower had great water pressure and temperature—honestly the only highlight. A few small ants crawled onto the bed, so I couldn't sleep peacefully. The night market is right outside!

The VARIA Hotel Phu Quoc has an excellent location, right next to the night market. Eating and drinking options are convenient, and you can walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. There's a Mini Big C supermarket right next to the hotel, and the Big C supermarket is a short 3km taxi ride away. The room is quite spacious. Other than being a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road, it's perfectly fine as a transit hotel, and the price is good value.

The location is right in the night market, but the facilities are really impractical. The cabinet was falling apart, there were insects, and the TV didn't work. The elevator was tiny, and so was the room. It was just mediocre. Bottled water in the fridge was extra.
