Lovely hotel. Very modern and clean and good location although a bit of a walk to the medina. We were originally given a different room than the one booked but the staff very quickly changed it to the correct one. Room was lovely and the pool too

Great location. Easy to find and can park outside the hotel. Suitable for those who don’t want to find the riads in the complicated medina. However, the staff won’t help customers to call taxi. I had to go outside to call taxi.

Good hotel with a very convenient location. There is a comfortable parking lot. The breakfasts are a bit sparse, but we only stayed for 3 days so it was fine. Upon check-in, our room was missing a towel, slippers, and a toiletries kit for one person, but everything was brought up as soon as we asked.

Upon arrival, the bed sheets in the room were dirty, so I asked for them to be changed. The dinner wasn't worth the price (you had to pay for water!!!). Breakfast was rather simple but good. It's in the city center but far from the Medina.
