Excellent location. The hotel was near all the tourist attractions. Friendly hotel staff, especially at the hotel reception. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was not up to expectations. Will again book for future trips. Safe place to stay for solo travellers.

Great stay in NYC. We got bottled water every day, even some snacks at check in. Very friendly staff. The only thing that was missing was gym. The rest was great!

Won't ever stay here with the family again, for the following reasons:
1. Room is very small
2. More than 32 floors but with only 2 lifts
3. Location is walkable to Times Square and 42nd St Metro, but there's always people smoking **** outside
4. No mini fridge to store your own food
5. No self laundry facility
The staff are nice though.

The location is very good, the breakfast is average, the room is also OK, in short, everything is small. After all, it is in Times Square. The location is too good.
