Booked this hotel based on price and being a new hotel just built. I called a week before to make sure the hotel shuttle was 24 hours and the person at the front desk said it was 24 hours and there would be no issue getting at the airport for 3:00AM to catch my flight the next day. I am a IHG member and booked the second I got off the phone. Upon arrival at the airport we waited around an hour for the shuttle to arrive. I asked the driver if the shuttle was 24 hours to make sure he said yes yes no problem. The following morning we woke up to check out downstairs at 3AM to find out the shuttle has no driver and they only operate after 4:00AM. We were shocked and frustrated, I asked if they could pay us a cab to the hotel and she said no. We had to figure out our own transportation. Luckily our flight was delayed and the shuttle driver showed up early and I cancelled my uber driver which cost $7.00 to cancel. The hotel had no refreshments or coffee available at that time as breakfast was only served at 6:AM. They gave us a few apples and yogurts. The hotel rooms were nice and new, there was no shampoo in the room, had to go back and get some downstairs at reception. Due to the hotel being far away and the shuttle is not 24 hours I don’t think I would be back there, there’s lots of issues to figure out still as it’s a brand new hotel.
