Clean hotel staff was so friendly !! Both at check in and check out ! I really appreciated the friendly faces and the positive attitudes I look forward to seeing them again in August for Jeep invasion❤️❤️

Hotel is awful,the bed sheet is thinner than a curtain there’s a gap between the door and the wall causing you to constantly hear noise from in and around the hotel. Constant noise from traffic. Woke up at 3am due to the bin truck coming into the hotel car park making a load of noise and didn’t get back to sleep after because of the constant noise. Had to check out of the place at 5am so I could get to the next place and actually sleep before doing anything else. Do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Property was clean and located within walking distance of a lot of attractions.

Room was clean and safe. Staff was pleasant and professional. Colene was exceptional. She was very pleasant and tried her best to meet all needs. I would like to make a couple of suggestions…. Please provide Kleenex in rooms. “TP” just isn’t the same for allergies. Bath mats would be nice to keep everyone safe in slippery showers. Please place ashtrays on each level balcony. I saw people tossing “butts” over the balcony before entering elevator. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

The main highway for Pigeon Forge is in front of hotel and it can be loud at night. Also, there are no closets in the rooms. But rooms were clean.
