The Grace Hotel

I was very satisfied with the room; it was spacious, and the bed and pillows were all excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of Sydney, next to Town Hall, making it very convenient. The only downside was a Chinese-speaking female front desk staff member in the morning (perhaps she was an international student, not necessarily Chinese-Australian). Her arrogant tone and expression towards Chinese guests were quite puzzling, especially considering she's just a service employee. I'm not sure where that arrogance came from. Overall, I was still very happy with my stay; the hotel is great.

The room was quite spacious, and they provided complimentary still water, sparkling water, and juice daily, which is a great value in high-priced Sydney. Breakfast was the same every day, a typical English breakfast, and included coffee and fruit.

The location is great; you can take the train directly from the airport. It's about a 7-minute walk from the train station. It's also around a 15-minute walk to the Sydney Opera House. It's convenient for getting everywhere. The breakfast was standard, with everything you'd expect. The cleanliness was good too. Every day, the mini-fridge was stocked with a few complimentary drinks from the hotel. You can use cash for the deposit. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There was only one thing I wasn't happy about: during breakfast, if guests at the tables next to us needed their plates changed, the staff would quickly replace them. However, when it came to our plates, the staff kept walking by and wouldn't change them. We took food as needed and didn't take a lot, only changing one plate. But our used plate just sat there, and they kept walking past without taking it away. I'm not sure why. The plates at the tables next to us, as soon as they were dirty, were immediately changed. The guests at those tables were all Westerners. Aside from this, which I think deserves a deduction, everything else was fine.

The hotel room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, with a shopping street just a few minutes' walk away. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked daily with complimentary water and drinks. The front desk staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Chinatown, Circular Quay, Hyde Park, and the Fish Market. I stayed for three days and walked to many places. There's a great Thai restaurant near Chinatown with delicious pork blood noodles! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were polite. However, I didn't spend much time in the room, so I didn't get to experience many other services. The only downside is that parking at the front entrance is a bit difficult due to its prime location.

I genuinely recommend this accommodation! My stay exceeded expectations. The room was meticulously clean with no unpleasant odors, and all appliances and bathroom fixtures worked perfectly. It was quiet, ensuring a disturbance-free night's rest. The staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, a comfortable environment, although the price was a bit high during the summer.
