The room was spacious and clean. Loved the wood floors, beat carpets as always.
It though had a broken shower head and they moved me to a larger room, which I appreciated, only that the second room then had a flickering downlight. I think they can step up their maintenance game a bit.

So wonderful! The staff were all incredibly sweet and accomodating. Especially towards my questions (since i’ve never booked a hotel before.)
Our room was exceptionally clean! As well as this, the cleaning staff were efficient and highly skilled at their jobs. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time, which I guess is what you’d expect but the staff truly went above and beyond the entire time. All accomodations and requests were met as well!

Another great weekend spent with friends. The Grace is the perfect hotel and location to stay in, situated in between China Town and the Rocks. Easy walking distance to both ❤️❤️❤️

Again,we choose my family’s vacation in Sydney ,although it’s raining these days,but we all appreciate the city and the grace hotel.big quiet clean room with price included mini bar and helpful staff.
I think we will stay in the grace next time again.
