Hotel Katharinenhof Comfort

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was conveniently located to good restaurants and other opportunities. The room was clean and comfortable. And those who worked there were very helpful and accommodating.

To whom ever is reading this as a person who has 0 expectation and can stay in any hotel, in my whole life this the worst decision I ever made. I was scammed into staying here through ***********. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN THEY OFFERED YOU FOR FREE! The hotel was under heavy roof renovation where they used heavy concrete drilling machine, while collecting heavy remains and throwing out of the building through the window I was in. The employees where all over my window killing my decency of privacy. They would start work before 07h. The smell, the black material falling, the noise, the heaviest vibrations and the dust. The hotel was not suited for stay for any kind of living form! The piece can fall any moment and hurt you or your car outside! Completely unprotected with 0 precautions. See it in photos! After I spoke to receptionist they told if you want you can get your human decency for first 200 then 150 then 125 eur then back to 150 eur to change me room. I already paid service in advance, they can't blackmail me to pay for normal stay. They even didn't have shame to do refund. They offer some stupid solution, with every single one makes you pay extra or leave with no refund or compensation you guessed it is always on your loss (this will be their reply that they offered me).
