The Premier Inn always can be relied on to do what they say they’re going to do! Rooms are of a good standard and the beds are super comfy. Nice position just outside of town with great view over the Medway. The staff were all really friendly, but perhaps a bit stretched on a Friday night, there didn’t seem to be many around.

Very clean comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but, as is usual the Blue Badge spaces are used by commercial vans and vehicles with no blue badge. I cannot get in and out of my vehicle in a normal parking space so, the Disabled spaces are precious to people like me. Sadly the staff have no control over disbled parking despite warning notices..I would suggest clamping...Maybe a charity could benefit from the fines.. So,if you need a disabled space you have to be there by 4pm and if you want to drive out in the evening you would either have to arrange a lift or,pay for taxis as you will not get parked upon your return due to ignorant drivers misusing the spaces...Staff would not ask misusers to move as the car park doesn't belong to premier inn..

The hotel is ideally located for entertainment and easy access from the motorway. What I liked: All the staff we met were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful. For example, I have to use a stick to walk and one of the bar staff brought our food up to our room for us because we got back late and I didn't want to keep my 11 year old up in the restaurant. Normally, you have to go back and collect the food. I found that really kind as I would have really stuggled to carry a tray and use my stick safely. The bathroom as clean and the towels were good. The shower curtain was old fashioned but clean. The loo was spotless! Ther bed was adequate but not as comfy as Lenny Henry would have you believe! That may be me... I like a softer bed! It's also quite high up so, again, with mobility issues I found it a bit of a struggle to get into. What I didn't like: The only criticism I have is that each time we went to eat (breakfast and dinner time) we had to hunt for a clean table. I think the poor lad who was working the breakfast shift one morning was on his own, trying to keep up with wiping the tables before the next person arrived. Everything else was lovely and we will be back!!!

I usually go here to stay for a couple of nights at this hotel when seeing the medway and kent countryside or to go to the high street. This is one of the best premier inn i have ever been to. The family rooms are on the ground floor, the restaurant is lovely and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that its quite outdated from other premier inns ( old premier inn mattresses and outdated rooms ) but i would highly recommend if you’re staying in medway and kent for a couple of nights.

Couldn’t sleep too much noise coming from the room above us. The concierge couldn’t find out where the noise was coming from. so I didn’t sleep on the night I booked the hotel very unhappy and dissatisfied. Hopefully the hotel will get in contact with me to resolve this bad review

Welcoming, clean and comfortable. Well situated, ample free onsite parking. Good restaurant and drinks menu. Staff were friendly, very helpful and represented the Hotel very well ndeed. Beds were comfortable, pillows less so in our opinions, however, we did prefer the Hypnos mattresses rather than the Silentnight ones now being used. For a quieter room, request one at the front of the hotel, there is a railway line at the back of the hotel which, if you prefer to sleep with the window open, will mean an early wake up from passing trains. With the window closed and the air con on, there's no noise. If you have special dietry needs, I would suggest phoning the hotel to check that these can be met. Overall a great couple of days.

Great bed in the accessible room, and the wet room was excellent. Friendly staff. We are blue badge holders and had no problem parking but it's a really busy car park. If need be you can park at the Bingo hall next door. The food was enjoyable but the free WiFi is terrible, meaning it was even difficult to make phone calls.
