Haven't found the right hotel yet?
On the first night, there was no hot water, and the bathroom drainage was blocked, making the bathroom unusable until the next day. My request to speak with the hotel manager was refused.
After filing a complaint, I was moved to a suite, but the new room also lacked basic amenities such as a bathrobe and hair dryer, and the kitchen light could not be turned off. It took over two hours to receive essential items, and I was unable to sleep until approximately 2:30 a.m.
Additionally, while my complaint was still unresolved, hotel staff repeatedly asked me to leave an immediate five-star review by scanning a Google review QR code, which made me feel pressured rather than supported.
As I was unable to properly sleep or shower during my stay, I believe the hotel failed to deliver the basic accommodation services promised. I am therefore requesting a full refund.
Apart from the location there is nothing at this property, being a hotel guest you are still not allowed to rooftop without table booking.

There is a kitchen in the room but you’re not allowed to use it and don’t even have a teaspoon to make a coffee with.
You have to wait ages for the lifts which was frustrating too. An average hotel that wouldn’t really recommend
