Good location. Can walk to main spots. Room is small but can manageable for a couple. Clean room with amenities you would need. Overall I’m happy with this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its the perfect accommodation for a one night stay and if you are want to get all yr last minute shopping done before taking the Nankai Rapid Transit to Kansai airport.
Room sizes are small but its sufficient for the short stay.

A fabulous hotel location at Namba Station.
All walking and entertainment sights either within the walking distance or easy to get by subway line.
Clean room, super cozy bed and pillows, friendly personnel.
Check-in strictly at 3 pm, if you are a member, check in is at 2 pm.
So don't come early, there is no possibility to get an early check-in.
Check out time is before 11 am BUT you can leave the lagage at the hotel if you have a flight or train later and have a chance to have a walk or go shopping free of luggage. The hotel provides it for FREE.
I had the room on the 12th floor with a fabulous view.
Amenities... Wow.
The hotel provides free amenities like razor, bath salt, body milk, body lotion, hair comb, face mask, bath sponge 🧽 and many more.
Next time I am in Osaka, will definitely stay at this hotel.

Everything was excellent.
The location was very strategic, next to konbini (family mart), in front of the hotel was exit 7 for Namba Osaka Metro. Many restaurant chains, yamato transport and shopping centers.
The amenities super complete.

Very good location! It’s next to Namba Subway station and very easy to travel from/to Kansai airport. Room is average size for japan. Quite clean and lots of amenities that you can pick at the lobby! Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, well-maintained and furnished for comfort — perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. The rate was very fair considering the convenience: the hotel sits directly adjacent to a konbini, which made grabbing breakfast or late-night drinks effortless. The train station is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it ideal for commuters or travellers moving between cities. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. If you want a comfortable, no-frills stay in a prime location without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice

Very good position, only 3 minutes by feet to the Namba station. All nessesary amenities are provided at reception. Convinient store on the first floor
