Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3

This hotel is directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, which was incredibly convenient for me. The day before, I was sightseeing in Hakone until 6:30 PM, then took a train all the way to the airport, arriving at 9:30 PM. The hotel is massive with a huge number of rooms and lots of guests. They even had to divide the elevators into four groups (A, B, C, D). After getting off the elevator, it was quite a long walk to my room. My window overlooked the airport. My flight the next day was at 9:30 AM, so I checked out around 6 AM to head to the airport for check-in (which was entirely self-service). This gave me plenty of time to browse and shop at the duty-free stores. Plus, it was raining that morning, so staying directly at the airport saved me a lot of hassle.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to T3 for arrivals and departures, but their customer service is truly disappointing. There was hair in the bathroom, and they didn't apologize or offer a solution. Perhaps they have so many guests that they don't care about individual customers. I've stayed at many Villa Fountain hotels in different locations, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue.

The hotel is very upscale. The room is spacious and very clean. It's located at Terminal 3, which is perfect for catching early morning flights. There's a convenience store, drugstore, and restaurants all on the same floor as the hotel. A truly great experience.
