The transportation is very convenient, quite close to both Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station. Overall, the stay was pretty great. There are separate elevators and public spaces for men and women. Upon check-in, you are given a QR code card. You first go to the 2nd floor to open your locker, which contains in-house wear, slippers, bath towels, and other amenities. The bathing facilities are also on the 2nd floor; there were plenty of available spots, and I never had to wait in line. Although the capsule looks small, it's actually quite spacious and more than enough for one person. There are also three or four restrooms on the same floor, so I never experienced any queuing there either. The public area on the 10th floor offers unbeatable views. Overall, it's a great place to stay. However, please note that guests are not allowed to stay in the sleeping and locker areas between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a four-minute walk from the subway station! The beds were clean and hygienic, and the bathroom was also very clean and functional. The lounge upstairs offers a stunning direct view of Tokyo Tower! My only minor complaint is that Japanese hotels typically have a 3 PM check-in time, and I arrived in the morning, which was a bit tiring. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Fantastic location, with a subway station right downstairs! The room was clean and spacious, and the mattress was just right – I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, helping with luggage and patiently recommending local eateries. There's a convenience store downstairs and a rich breakfast spread. I'll definitely stay here again next time; it's unbeatable value for money!

I arrived close to midnight as a solo traveler, and it was great how clean everything was and how well I was guided. It felt less cramped than I expected, and the top-floor view was amazing. I could use everything freely, so I'd love to go again. However, as a woman, the lockers are on the 3rd floor and the showers are on the 1st, while my capsule was on the 9th floor, so I had to go up and down a lot, which is a downside. Still, I recommend it 🩵

It was much cleaner than I expected, which was great! There's no problem showering as long as you avoid peak times (it gets busy about 30 minutes before cleaning time). The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a park nearby (Prince Shiba Park) where you can get a good view of Tokyo Tower – definitely check it out. However, I read a blog post that said if you get an upper locker, you'll likely get a lower capsule. But I ended up with both upper ones. It seems like requests made through agencies aren't always honored, so if you have a specific preference, it might be best to email them directly. This hotel doesn't offer a wake-up call service! However, it can get noisy in the mornings with guests checking out, so you might wake up anyway. I ended up calling family or friends with my earphones in and asked them to wake me up.

It was cleaner than I expected. I was also able to sleep peacefully as the noise wasn't as bad as I'd feared. Since I showered early, the showers weren't crowded either.

Most of the hotel's facilities are quite good. However, the motion-sensor light in the restroom often turns off by itself, even when someone is inside, and the disinfectant smell in the restroom is very unpleasant; it's hard to tolerate every time I go in. On the other hand, the location is excellent. Most popular attractions are just a short ride away, and you can even see the Tokyo Tower from the rooftop.

The overall hotel experience was great. The environment was clean and comfortable, the room was spotless, and the facilities were quite complete. The check-in process was convenient and smooth. The location was easily accessible, and the surrounding amenities were also very comprehensive. What I liked most was the affordable price; it offered great value for money. For this price point, the accommodation conditions were already excellent. My stay was very comfortable, and I would consider staying again if I have the chance. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.
