Excellent! The capsule rooms are very clean, and the service is great. It's also conveniently located close to all the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Japan! The privacy is also very well-maintained.

This was my first time staying here. The cleanliness and location were excellent. However, I was sleep-deprived from around 6 AM due to the loud conversations of a group staying together. Also, there were noisy footsteps from people wearing something other than slippers (like wooden clogs) near the capsules, where slippers are meant to be worn (when I politely asked them, they turned out to be Japanese guests getting ready in yukatas). Furthermore, an alarm kept ringing from a nearby room, and when I checked, the person wasn't there. I couldn't sleep well and had a terrible experience. That said, the staff and service were truly excellent. The capsule itself was also spacious enough. It seems like the quality of other guests can be a hit or miss.

The accommodation was clean and convenient, and the view from the upper floor was great. The front desk staff were very friendly. Late at night, it seemed many people used the sink, as the hand towels and tissues overflowed the trash bin. In front of the lockers, several people had their suitcases open, blocking the walkway and making it inconvenient to access my own locker. However, these weren't serious issues, and I found them acceptable. If I have the chance, I would stay here again.

Quite suitable for a short business trip. The hotel is clean. The bathroom is on the first floor, but it's not too inconvenient.

Overall, it was very good. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. However, as many people have mentioned, you have to use the elevator to get to other floors, which wasted a lot of time.

The hygiene and service are excellent. The bed is made every morning, and toothbrushes and towels can be replaced daily. There's a communal lounge and rooftop on the 10th floor with great views of Tokyo Tower.

Great cleanliness. It is slightly abit hot personally in the pod itself but it’s acceptable. Only thing is that there is only 1 lift (no stairs) for 10 stories so you’ll have to wait even if you’re just going from 1st floor to 2nd floor. Location is great, you can see the Tokyo tower at the 10th floor lounge

Loved its location - 2 mins walk from station. The place is clean and come with amenities like pyjamas, slippers and bath towels - all to make your stay complete. The only thing is the noise as this is a dorm like arrangement.

It's good that men and women have separate elevators. However, the flow of movement feels a bit off; you have to go up and down repeatedly. I've stayed at a place before where everything except luggage storage could be handled on one floor. For first-timers, the process can be inconvenient. Here’s a guide for women: Downstairs, staff help with check-in. You'll receive a QR code card with your floor and bed number. Normally, you'll only see one elevator in the lobby (the men's elevator). You need to use the QR code from your card to swipe a lit panel on the wall to the left of the first elevator, which opens a sliding door to reveal the women's elevator. (Remember to pick up disposable slippers at the front desk to the left when you check in; you can't wear your own shoes anywhere except the 1st-floor lobby and the 3rd-floor luggage storage area). The third floor has lockers for bags and shoes. Inside, there's a bag with a bath towel, hand towel, and pajamas. You also use the QR code to open and lock these lockers – swipe once to open, swipe again to lock. Give it a pull to make sure it's secure. If you have a very large suitcase (larger than 28 inches), I recommend leaving it packed on the first floor in the lobby. I found these lockers (especially the upper ones) to be quite inconvenient. The sixth floor has some table areas. I arrived late, so I didn't go, but I assume you can eat there. You can't eat on the regular beds. The ninth floor is for accommodation only. There's a restroom, but the sink is tiny and meant to be used with the toilet. If you need to brush your teeth or wash your face, you have to go to the first floor. There's a door next to the elevator that leads to the shower area – be careful, the slippers get very slippery when wet! The tenth floor is a co-ed area, so make sure you're properly dressed. When I went, there were a lot of men. There are tables and a terrace to the right where you can see Tokyo Tower. For checkout, just leave the QR code card on the table.
