I chose this place because it had high ratings and many reviews said it was clean, but there was a big spider in the room. You can't tell how big it is from the picture, but it was pretty big.
And the bathroom door was a sliding door, and it didn't close by about 10cm, so I had to use a lot of force to close it.
The location and service were good. I don't know if it's because the facilities are old or because they're not maintained, but out of all the hotels I've visited, the hygiene was the worst. I wouldn't visit again X

The location is close to Suncheon Station, and there are marts, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes right around the area, which is nice. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but it's a clean motel. Parking is not a parking lot, but a tower-type, so if you stay there, you have to park yourself.
